Terms of Service

This document governs use of the sarafun.app landing and the «Sarafun» Telegram Mini App (the «Service»), operated by the Sarafun project — herein «we».

1. Acceptance

By using the Service you confirm that you've read these terms and agree to them. If you don't agree with any part of the terms — please don't use the Service.

If you're under 16, using the Service requires consent from your legal guardian.

2. What you get

Sarafun is a Telegram community for meet-ups, shared interests, book and board-game exchanges, a Random Coffee program, and a request board. It runs as a mini-app inside Telegram — no separate sign-up or download.

Core functionality is free. We may add paid features in the future — we'll announce them in the community first. You can already support the project with Telegram Stars.

3. Your obligations

By using the Service you agree to:

provide accurate information about yourself;
treat other members respectfully;
not post spam, ads, insults, discriminatory content, threats, or fraudulent schemes;
not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights;
not attempt unauthorised access to Sarafun systems or other users' data.

Violations may lead to access restrictions or permanent account bans without prior notice.

4. Content & intellectual property

The «Sarafun» brand, logo, interface design and site copy belong to the Sarafun project. Use without written permission is not allowed.

You retain all rights to content you publish in the Service (events, reviews, comments, photos). By posting, you grant Sarafun a non-exclusive perpetual licence to display it within the Service.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided «as is». We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee absence of errors, downtime, or data loss.

Sarafun is not a party to agreements between community members. All meetings, exchanges and interactions happen at your own risk. We are not liable for other users' actions, the quality of meetings, or the condition of items shared.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct and indirect damages is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (zero if you didn't pay).

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest revision date is at the top of this document. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram community. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in the mini-app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, or as needed for technical maintenance.
